On eBay you are able to cancel bids & block bidders on your auctions
- As a seller on eBay you are able to choose who can and can't bid on your auctions, you can
cancel bids placed on your auctions, if you have a good reason for doing so, and can add
bidders to a blocked bidder list so that they
cannot bid on your auctions at all.
- When you cancel someone's bid they are able to bid again if you do not also block them.
- If you are going to cancel a bid and it is the only bid on the item, add the bidder to your blocked
list and then wait until near the end, because others might be encouraged to bid when they see that
you already have bids on the item.
- When a Blocked Bidder attempts to bid they receive a message
informing them they are not permitted to bid when they click the Place Bid button.
