Arbitrate between non members and scheme members, or between members if transactions run into problems.
Maintain a, vetted / authenticated, list of auction users who scheme members have experienced problems with.

Maintain a list of Offers available to scheme members.
Display scheme members web links.
Occasionally email members with news of the scheme and related information.
Membership Violations
The action taken will depend upon the severity of the violation found
A typical minor violation would result in an email to the member advising them about the problem, if the problem was still occurring a few weeks later it would be reported to the appropriate body and further repeat violations would result in expulsion from the scheme.
In the case of a major violation the member would be immediately expelled and the appropriate body informed.
We reserve the right to list expelled members and the reason for the expulsion.
